FAVOURITE HOLIDAY:

I have had some wonderful experiences over my 24year travel career however I would have to say a recent trip to Belgium to learn about WWI battlefields in the Flanders Region was extremely interesting.  Having the opportunity to visit the beautiful medieval cities of Bruges and Ghent along with Amsterdam were also a highlight.

If I had to choose another destination, the Patagonia region of Chile visiting Torres del Paine NP is a must see and could easily be combined with an extended Chile and Argentina tour or on the way to Antarctica.

HOLIDAY TIPS:

  1. Always use a Travel agent – without one you are on your own
  2. Roll your clothes in your case, you can fit more in.
  3. Split clothes between cases if travelling with a companion.
  4. Advise bank & credit card companies you are travelling overseas to avoid cards being unnecessarily stopped when you are travelling.
  5. Have fun and enjoy the experience
